@OsianG has a bash at these healthy home made RAW Snickers, credit to the original recipe posted by Healthy Fitness Meals on Instagram.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

Caramel Centre

  • 25 Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 cup peanuts

Choc topping

  • Agave: raw cacao powder: coconut oil – in a ratio of 1:2:1

Method

Base:

Mix all ingredients in a blender until a dough is formed. Place in a lined pan and place in freezer.

Caramel Centre:

Mix all ingredients in a blender, APART from the peanuts, which you add towards the end ensuring some chunks of peanuts remain for the final crunch! Then spread over the base with a knife and place back in the freezer for at east another 4 hours.

Choc topping:

Mix all the choc ingredients in a bowl until smooth, use to dip the bottom of your bars, and to drizzle over the top for the final touch!
