The Walk to the Llanberis Waterfall of Rhaeadr Ceunant Mawr is one of those Llanberis walks that all the locals have walked at some point, and it’s well worth a 10 minute diversion for a quick look.

How do you get to the Llanberis waterfall?  The Walk to the Llanberis waterfall map can be seen below (postcode -LL55 4TR ) and you can easily walk to the starting point from the village centre.

BE WARNED – one of the other top google searches for this walk provides a GPS route that appear to head over a cliff to these falls – while we think this is just sloppy gps plotting, just be wary.

4 The Rhaeadr Ceunant Mawr Falls are spectacular after heavy rain, and can be viewed from a safe viewing area. Do not be tempted to swim unless you know what you’re doing as  the falls are a known killer and there have been numerous reported deaths at these Llanberis waterfalls.
