Extremities® Offer State-of-the-Art Protection with New Season Product Launch
Extremities® has drawn on decades of experience designing products for extreme conditions to develop its latest range of products for AW13.
The high performance brand offers outdoor and sporting enthusiasts the ultimate in protection against the elements and has added 19 new styles to its collection of gloves, mitts, headwear, socks and gaiters.
A sister brand to the world renowned Terra Nova Equipment Ltd – whose products have been used by the military and the British Antarctic Survey – Extremities® benefits from the expertise of the same award winning team whose design accolades include the Guinness World Record for the first sub 1kg tent.
Featuring innovative designs, Extremities® use high specification fabrics – including Gore-Tex®, Polartec® and Primaloft® – to keep its products evolving with the latest cutting-edge technologies.
New for AW13, the high specification Pro Range caters for specialist activities and includes the Glacier Glove GTX® which uses the latest Gore-Tex® X-TRAFIT™ technology, to provide ultimate dexterity and optimum grip.
Also within the Pro Range, the new Mountain Glove features a 2 in 1 system that has a removable waterproof inner glove, with 10oz Primaloft® insulation. The inner glove features a silicone grip palm, while the outer glove offers water resistance and wind protection – ideal for winter climbing or sports.
The Natural Fibres Collection is also fresh for AW13 – incorporating natural fibres such as silk and merino wool whose lightweight, thermal and wicking properties create excellent base layers.
Included in the collection, the Merino Touch Liner Glove is among several new products that features touchscreen compatible thumb and finger tips.
Available to purchase this autumn, the new range from Extremities® promises stylish designs that offer excellent protection for everyone – from dog walking to mountain biking or trekking.
Designed with the latest technologies, the high-performance products will help to keep users warm and comfortable.
Specialist products are also available for runners and cyclists.
