Breakfast Smoothies
How about kick starting your day with these great little smoothies. Thanks again to Gethin Evans
Kale, Spinach and Pear Smoothie (my favourite)
Simply blend a handful of kale and spinach in with one pear and some low fat natural yogurt
If it’s too thick add some water
If it’s too runny add more kale and spinach
Mixed Berries Smoothie
Simply blend frozen mixed berries with low fat natural yogurt
If it’s too thick add some water
If it’s too runny add more berries
Strawberry and Banana Smoothie
Blend one banana with 6-8 strawberries and some low fat natural yogurt
If it’s too thick add some water
If it’s too runny add another banana or more strawberries
Remember – when it comes to measurements it’s not an exact science!
