Traffic to Site weather related….

It’s surprising how the recent warm weather has nearly doubled traffic to the Mud and Routes websites, obviously with people who plan to pop out to make the most of our belated summer.

Of course it won’t last, so make the most of the last decent weekend (probably), as it’s forecast to change from Monday onwards.

Lets just hope that the transition to more settled winter weather happens quite soon as the Autumn has to be one of the least attractive hill walking seasons. Pretty enough with the autumn colours and falling leaves at lower altitudes, but windy and wet higher up with generally boggy conditions underfoot.
