The Beast’s Tip of The Week – Keep Your Hands Warm With Instant Thumbloops

This is a really quick tip to keep your hands warm by creating instant thumbloops when you’ve forgotten your gloves, or just plain can’t be bothered to get them out of the pack.

You will need : One jacket with velcro adjusted cuff – basically almost any regular jacket that’s neither cheap or ultralight.

All you need to do is cross the velcro strap across your palm before securing the velcro.

This protects the back of your hands and part of the palm and can be all you need if it’s not quite cold enough for gloves but still a bit on the nippy side.
