Slate Valleys Path – Moel Tryfan

A walk or trail run across this distinct landscape of tiny fields and quarries. The route passes close to the summit of Moel Tryfan, which at only 427m high and only an exrtra 100m or so on this walk would be criminal to exclude from the walk. There’s an interesting tor on the summit and views across the Western Snowdonian hills.

There are no facilities along the way, though there used to be a shop on the route that kept irregular opening hours.
