The Escarpments of the Carmarthen Fan

The Westernmost hills in the Brecon Beacons National Park are confusingly called the Black Mountain, not to be confused with the easternmost hills which are the Black Mountains.This is a route to the best known part of these hills, the unmistakeable escarpments of the Camarthen Fan.
